This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Waste Services. As the Data and Information Improvement Officer you will work across the business to identify improvement opportunities streamline processes harness data insights and implement technology-driven solutions that enhance service delivery and operational performance.

Working closely with the Manager Resource Recovery and Circular Economy and a broad range of stakeholders you will lead continuous improvement initiatives facilitate business process reviews and help transform information into actionable insights that support better decision-making and outcomes for our community.

About you

You are someone who naturally looks for better ways of working and enjoys turning challenges into opportunities for improvement. With experience in business improvement process analysis or project delivery you can confidently work with stakeholders across the organisation to understand issues identify solutions and drive positive change.

You combine strong analytical thinking with a practical customer-focused approach using data technology and business insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes. Most importantly youre a collaborative and influential communicator who can build relationships facilitate discussions and bring people on the improvement journey.

Whats on offer

  • Competitive Salary (from $87 952 - $92581) depending on your capabilities and experience 12% superannuation.
  • Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week
