Responsibilities
- Design develop and support D365 CRM solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications.
- Develop customer journeys segmentation and marketing automation solutions.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support deployments enhancements and production issues.
Required Experience
- 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
- Strong hands-on development and customization expertise.
- Experience with Customer Insights Journeys (Marketing).
- Power Platform and Dataverse experience.
- Azure integration experience.
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Customer Insights Data (CDP)
- Microsoft Copilot / AI capabilities
- D365 and Power Platform Certifications
- Experience delivering CRM transformation programs
