CyberCX Cyber Strategy & Consulting Manager

This role is with CyberCX part of Accenture.

The Cyber Strategy & Consulting Manager is responsible for leading project teams of Cyber Strategy specialists and acting as a trusted cyber security advisor to senior stakeholders in Australias largest organisations.

This is achieved by providing direction and support to consultants as part of engagement teams and through building client trust by communicating with influence demonstrating excellence in planning and execution and contributing deep cyber security knowledge.

This role actively contributes throughout the client engagement life cycle from identifying and qualifying opportunities to delivery and closure in addition to ongoing management of client relationships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers business needs and advise on strategic cyber security planning

• Manage all or part of a relationship with customers including change management account planning and development of key relationships to lead to follow-on work

• Manage engagement teams including project scoping and definition work plan development and implementation meeting preparation and facilitation and project management

• Plan and coordinate the resources necessary to complete product implementation and preparation of major strategic proposals

• Perform rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities developing cohesive conclusions and presenting key findings at the executive level

• Identify recommend and establish innovative service offerings and ways to improve existing approaches through a thorough analysis and consultation process. Foster a culture of excellence. Challenge the way we do things and look for opportunities to improve on an ongoing basis

• Actively build cross-Practice and cross-Function collaboration across CyberCX and continuously look for ways to add value. Facilitate communication partnerships and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers

• Lead coach and build high performing Strategy & Consulting Practice teams by developing others skills and increasing knowledge of CyberCX and Practice products services capabilities

• Create a culture of empowerment and accountability through consistent engagement stretch and coaching. Understand each team members skills drivers and aspirations

Preferred Qualifications Experience & Skills

• 5 years experience working for a global consulting firm or large technology company with experience across cyber strategy privacy or data management orstrategic risk.

• Ability to communicate ideas and concepts with structure clarity and precision

• Bachelors or masters degree in cyber security business administration accounting finance information system computer engineering or related field is preferred.

• Experience coaching mentoring and leading others to build their capabilities encourage employee engagement promote a positive learning environment and deliver high quality outcomes for customers

• A demonstrated track record of providing impactful client outcomes through high-quality delivery effective team management and delegation

• Strong experience in applying a strategic mindset and understanding how engagements fit into a broader business context

• Experience identifying opportunities and helping qualify and sell engagements
