At Crown Lands were looking for a Customer & Tenure Operations Officer to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in the administration and management of Crown land across New South Wales.
The role
As a Customer & Tenure Operations Officer you will play a vital role in supporting the management of Crown land across NSW. Working within a collaborative and customer-focused team you will be responsible for assessing and undertaking a broad range of licence and tenure administration activities that contribute to the effective stewardship of Crown land.
What Youll Be Doing
In this role you will:
- Assess and process Crown land licence and tenure transactions.
- Provide timely accurate and practical advice to customers stakeholders and colleagues regarding tenure and licensing matters.
- Investigate enquiries and assist in resolving complex licence and tenure issues.
- Interrogate multiple systems products and information sources to provide accurate customer information.
- Maintain the quality and integrity of land information and tenure records.
- Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the team through a variety of coordination and processing activities.
- Apply legislation policy and procedures to make informed decisions and recommendations.

About You
Were seeking someone who can confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.
Youll be successful in this role if you have:
- Experience working in a high-volume administrative customer service or operational environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to interpret and apply legislation policy procedures and business rules.
- Sound problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working with databases records management systems or complex information systems.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
