Job Summary

Are you ready to deliver high-quality customer service and lead frontline teams in a fast-paced community-focused environment The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to support day-to-day operations across our pool facilities.

About the role

Lead and support day-to-day customer operations across Coffs Harbour Councils pool facilities ensuring a safe welcoming and efficient experience for all customers and visitors. The role manages bookings enquiries and daily financial transactions while maintaining consistent service standards and compliance with policies and procedures. You will supervise and support casual staff and contribute to the coordination of programs events and daily operations.

Please note: this role operates across 7 days being Monday to Sunday. Work performed on Saturdays and Sundays will attract shift penalties.

About you

You hold tertiary qualifications in business administration (or equivalent) and bring demonstrated experience in a customer-facing service role with the ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. You hold (or are willing to obtain) a current RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Certificate First Aid and CPR certifications along with a Class C Drivers Licence and Working with Children Check. You are also willing to undertake a National Police Check.
