Auswide Bank part of the MyState Bank Limited is built on strong relationships and genuine care for the communities we serve. Were looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Auswide Bank Sugarlands branch a large busy branch with a welcoming and supportive team.

As the face of Auswide Bank in the Sugarlands branch youll deliver friendly professional service and build trusted relationships with customers. A significant portion of our customer base is made up of elderly members of the local community so patience empathy and a genuine love of people are essential.

This role suits someone who enjoys a fastpaced environment takes pride in reliability and brings a positive cando attitude to work every day. The position is offered on a 12month initial contract and were looking for someone committed and keen to settle in and be part of the team.

Youll thrive if you:

• Enjoy working with people and building rapport
• Have experience in hospitality retail or another customerfacing role
• Are confident handling cash and daily transactions (or keen to learn)
• Bring energy teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility
