Auswide Bank part of the MyState Bank Limited is built on strong relationships and genuine care for the communities we serve. Were looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Auswide Rockhampton branch a large busy branch with a welcoming and supportive team.
The Opportunity
As the face of Auswide Bank in the Rockhampton branch and be able to support our other local branches. Youll deliver friendly professional service and build trusted relationships with customers. A significant portion of our customer base is made up of elderly members of the local community so patience empathy and a genuine love of people are essential.
This role suits someone who enjoys a fastpaced environment takes pride in reliability and brings a positive cando attitude to work every day. The position is offered on a 12month initial contract and were looking for someone committed and keen to settle in and be part of the team.
What Were Looking For
Youll thrive if you:
- Enjoy working with people and building rapport
- Have experience in hospitality retail or another customerfacing role
- Are confident handling cash and daily transactions (or keen to learn)
- Bring energy teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility
