Customer Service Representative Employment Type: Temporary Part Time (15 hours per week) and Talent Pool Opportunity This role is Monday to Friday and requires a minimum of 3 hours per shift. Locations: Deniliquin Service Centre (Hub site for Finley Service Centre) This recruitment activity will be used to create a talent pool for future full time part time ongoing temporary and casual roles and is valid for a period of up to 18 months. Working closely with your colleagues youll deliver professional respectful and customer-focused support while creating an environment where customers feel valued supported and understood. SNSW Clerk Grade 3/4 - starting annual salary $74118 plus superannuation and leave loading

In some regional or remote areas a hub Service Centre acts as the parent of one or more spoke Service Centre locations. The hub and spoke models share a leadership team and operate in such a way that team members will be required to work between locations. Deniliquin is the Hub site for Finley Service Centre.

Operating hours:
In our Service Centres hours vary between locations. You can check the opening hours for each Service Centre here. Flexibility is to work on a rotating roster between the Service Centres operational hours which may include Saturdays.
Full-time 70 hours per fortnight
What we offer
