Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working closely with our customer service and operations teams at the Erskine Park Sydney Depot youll keep customers informed supported and confident that their freight is in safe hands. Were customer service but not call centre you are the key link between our customer and depots.

What Youll Do:

  • Track and manage end to end visibility and communications of just in time customer orders

  • The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received

  • Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met

  • Managing freight bookings and time slot requests

  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in customer service as part of a busy fast paced team ideally in transport warehouse & logistics

  • Understanding of FMCG logistics and transport and experience in relevant transport management systems

  • Polished communication exceptional service mindset and natural relationship building skills

  • Strong MS Office and systems confidence

  • Ability to prioritise high volumes of work and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude with the willingness to learn

  • Superior planning and organisational skills with excellent time management skills

  • A genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer
