This role is ideal for someone with a light mechanical background with experience in collision repairs or a similar industry highly regarded.

What Youll Be Doing

• Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly.
• Checking in all customers as they present for their assessment.
• Providing a caring and professional service during all customer interaction
• Managing the customer return to collect vehicle once repairs are completed and addressing any concerns.

• Have previous experience in a customer facing fast paced environment
• Strive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction
• Have high attention to detail
• Be organised and has exceptional time management skills
• Build rapport in person as well as over the phone
• Work well in a team
