Customer Service Officer – DVA & Medical Liaison
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Client Services Officer with experience delivering highquality customer service in a fastpaced medical environment. Reporting to the Team Leader you will play a key role in supporting the ADF Veteran Community by providing guidance coordinating services and arranging suitable appointments with our extensive network of specialist consultants.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with customers to plan and implement agreed services
- Scheduling appointments for ADF Veterans
- Managing busy inboxes including queries appointment coordination and nonappointment services
- Providing administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
- Offering information and advice to customers and prospective customers
- Completing additional administrative tasks as required to support the broader Client Services team
Qualifications :
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fastpaced medical environment (DVA experience desirable)
- Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A caring enthusiastic and helpful approach
- Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to remain flexible
- High attention to detail
- Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
