We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at SMART Belconnen.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers providing up to date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands.

Permanent position Monday to Friday. 8.00 - 4.00pm

Your role will include:

• Greeting and checking in customers as they arrive for their assessment
• Providing clear and up-to-date information about vehicle repairs
• Maintaining a welcoming and professional customer environment
• Managing the vehicle return process and addressing any customer concerns

• Experience in a customer-facing fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport in person and over the phone
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• A team player committed to delivering outstanding customer service
