Join Eachs Early Childhood Approach team and play a vital role in supporting children families and communities to access the information services and supports they need.
As the Customer Service and Data Coordinator youll be at the heart of our service operations combining exceptional customer service administration coordination and data reporting expertise to help ensure families receive a positive and seamless experience. Working closely with the Regional Lead and multidisciplinary team youll contribute to service excellence informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the program.
Your role your impact
In this diverse and rewarding position you will:
- Be the first point of contact for families staff and stakeholders creating a welcoming and professional experience
- Manage enquiries via phone email and face-to-face interactions including complex or sensitive matters
- Coordinate site operations including appointments meeting rooms fleet bookings and shared resources
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Regional Lead and multidisciplinary team
- Organise meetings and events including agendas minutes and follow-up actions
- Support onboarding activities and site-based operational processes
- Generate analyse and distribute reports to support service delivery planning and performance monitoring
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity through effective data entry validation and monitoring practices
- Identify trends and insights to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making
- Promote workplace safety and compliance through coordination of site-based health and safety activities
Through your work youll help create positive experiences for families while providing the operational and reporting support that enables services to run effectively.
Who were looking for
You are an organised proactive and customer-focused professional who enjoys working across administration coordination and data reporting functions.
Youll bring:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a busy client-focused administrative environment
- Demonstrated experience in reception administration stakeholder engagement and site coordination
- Strong data reporting and analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail accuracy and confidentiality
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Capacity to work onsite five days per week
What will make you stand out
- Experience supporting senior leaders and/or multidisciplinary teams
- Understanding of NDIA systems data or performance reporting
- Experience working within the not-for-profit sector
