Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Specialist you will:
- Represent WorkFocus as their single point of contact for all lines of communication and support for allocated customers
- Explore and understand customer needs to develop solutions to address portfolio challenges including cross selling of products and/or services
- Proactively manage portfolio performance in line with customer reporting
- Conduct variety of specific service assessments and/or rehabilitation interventions inline with WorkFocus service delivery requirements.
- Identify key employers and relationships and build on workload through exceptional service delivery and customer service
Qualifications :
What youll bring to the role:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy Physiotherapy Exercise Physiology Rehabilitation Counselling or other equivalent allied health/work health and safety professions required
- Minimum of two years of personal injury insurance experience
- Strong understanding of customer drivers and customer service in work and wellness
- Demonstrated experience in delivering repeat business and/or new business in the personal injury insurance schemes
- Commercial acumen to drive business growth profitability quality initiatives and marketing activities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
