Job Summary

  • 15.2 hours per week
  • Temporary Part Time (Monday & Tues) until March 2028
  • Location: Goulburn NSW
  • Administration & Clerical Grade 4 Salary from $84659.00 plus super and leave loading

About the role

The Customer Service & Administration Officer delivers friendly customer service and administration support across agriculture biosecurity emergency management and natural resource management services.

We are looking for an individual who can:

  • Provide a consistent high-quality front-line customer service including initial advice information guidance escalating and redirecting issues as required
  • Manage customer information to ensure confidentiality accuracy and integrity
  • Provide receivable services including cash receipting debt management raising rate payer tax invoices and financial reconciliations in accordance with agency standards and procedures
  • Provide a range of administrative services including but not limited to records management using computer systems routine correspondence and procedural improvement to support the effective operation of the local team
