About the Role

St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and experiencedYears 7-12 Curriculum Leader -Arts to join our Secondary Years team.

As a middle leader and exemplary teacher you will lead all aspects of curriculum pedagogy assessment people development and continuous improvement across the Arts department from Years 7-12. Working closely with Arts teachers and the broader Curriculum Leadership team you will foster a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence in teaching and learning. This role provides an opportunity to influence student outcomes develop staff capability and advance the Colleges aspiration of Plus Ultra enabling every student and staff member to reach beyond their personal best.

  • Start Date: Term 1 2027
  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Tenure: 3 Years with a permanent teaching position

What You Bring

  • Current Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) Registration
  • Demonstrated expertise in Arts curriculum pedagogy and assessment across secondary schooling
  • Proven track record of exemplary classroom teaching and student achievement.
  • Strong curriculum leadership with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong capability to design and lead inclusive engaging and academically rigorous Arts programs.
