About the role:

Were looking for an organised and customer-focused Credit Officer to join our Debtors team our Milperra Office. This is a varied role where youll manage accounts receivable support customers and help keep our credit processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Results-driven collections specialist with a high recovery rate while maintaining positivecustomer relationships
• Manage customer account enquiries invoices and credit requests
• Process credit notes payments and account adjustments.
• Set up new customer accounts and manage account changes.
• Conduct credit checks and maintain accurate customer records.
• Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

What were looking for:

• Experience in a Credit Officer or Accounts Receivable role 5 -6 years
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• A proactive approach and a genuine team-first attitude.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous but not essential.
