North and West Remote Health is seeking a compassionate and proactive CPSP Brokerage Coordinator to join our Wellbeing team in Mount this rewarding role youll support people experiencing psychosocial challenges by connecting them with the services and supports they need to achieve their recovery goals.

About the Role

Make a real difference in peoples recovery journeys. As the CPSP Brokerage Coordinator youll connect participants with tailored psychosocial supports coordinate services and budgets build strong community partnerships and empower people to achieve greater independence choice and control through a strengths-based recovery-focused approach.

What Youll Be Doing

In this rewarding role you will:

  • Conduct strengths-based assessments and coordinate psychosocial supports aligned with individual recovery goals.
  • Provide participant support during crises monitor progress and maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers healthcare professionals and community stakeholders.
  • Manage brokerage budgets ensure compliance with funding guidelines and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
  • Deliver education and training and travel fortnightly to very remote communities to provide participant support and services.

About You

Were looking for someone who is passionate about supporting others and enjoys working collaboratively across a diverse range of services and communities.

Youll ideally have:

  • Experience in case management support coordination or participant-focused service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of strengths-based recovery-oriented practice and delivering quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication relationship-building and cultural capability when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
  • Certificate IV in Mental Health Community Services or a related field.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and a current unrestricted Class C Driver Licence.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly throughout North West and Lower Gulf Queensland including by road and small aircraft.

Experience working within the mental health or not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.

Location & Travel

This full-time position is based in Mount Isa with regular travel to remote communities across the North West and Lower Gulf regions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with diverse communities while experiencing some of Queenslands most unique and rewarding locations.
