Whatyoullbe doing:
Run the store independently for large parts of your shift
Take ownership of day-to day store operations with supported decisionmaking
Leadcoachand develop your store team
Deliver excellent customer service and store standards
Manage rostering performance and key KPIs
Oversee store operationsstockand financial results
Maintain store presentationcleanlinessand food safety standards
Create a safepositiveand high-performing team culture
Whatwerelooking for:
Experience in fast-paced customer service leadership
Strong leadership and communication skills
