Galambila AboriginalHealth Service is seeking an experienced and values driven corporate servicesleader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Corporate Services Manager.

This is a rareopportunity to contribute to a growing Aboriginal Community Controlled HealthOrganisation delivering culturally safe integrated and community led healthservices on Gumbaynggirr Country.

We are looking for ahighly capable and solutions focused leader who can confidently oversee a broadcorporate services portfolio while supporting organisational growth workforcecapability and operational sustainability. This role requires someone who canbalance strategic thinking with strong day to day leadership across financehuman resources compliance and organisational support functions.

About the Role

Reporting directly tothe Chief Executive Officer the Corporate Services Manager provides leadershipacross Galambilas key corporate functions including finance human resourcesfacilities and maintenance.

The role isresponsible for ensuring corporate systems processes and governance functionsoperate efficiently professionally and in alignment with Galambilas valuescompliance obligations and organisational priorities.

You will work closelywith both the Executive Leadership Team and a developing corporate servicesteam to provide leadership guidance and operational support across theorganisation. The successful candidate will be a strong and practical leaderwho can manage competing priorities strengthen systems and processes supportworkforce capability and build effective working relationships across alllevels of the organisation.

About You

You are an experiencedcorporate services finance or business operations leader with strongorganisational capability and a collaborative leadership style.

You are highlyorganised adaptable and solutions focused with the ability to balancestrategic priorities alongside the realities of day-to-day operationalleadership within a dynamic community focused environment.

You will bring:

Significantexperience in corporate services finance business operations ororganisational leadership

Strongunderstanding of financial management governance compliance andorganisational systems

Experienceoverseeing human resources workforce administration and operational supportfunctions

Demonstratedexperience influencing positive workplace culture and driving operational orsystems improvement initiatives

Provenability to lead and support multidisciplinary teams and developing professionals

Excellentcommunication relationship building and problem-solving skills

Strongorganisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities andorganisational complexity

Acollaborative values driven and emotionally intelligent leadership style

Experience workingwithin an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation or community servicesenvironment will be highly regarded.
