At Mansfield District Hospital were looking for an exceptional Corporate Services Coordinator to help lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Maintenance Catering and Environmental Services teams. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact behind the scenes ensuring our hospital runs safely efficiently and delivers the exceptional care our community deserves.

No two days are the same. One day youll be coordinating contractors and maintenance schedules the next youll be supporting operational projects improving systems preparing reports or working with leaders across the organisation to solve challenges and improve services.

About the Role

Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager youll coordinate the operational activities of our Maintenance Catering and Environmental Services teams while supporting the delivery of high-quality corporate services across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating daily operations across multiple service areas
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders and contractors
  • Monitoring workflows scheduling and service delivery
  • Supporting maintenance requests and contractor management
  • Preparing reports and operational documentation
  • Assisting with audits compliance and accreditation activities
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Helping create an engaged positive and high-performing team culture.
About You

Youll bring:

Experience coordinating operational or corporate support services

Outstanding organisation and time management skills

Confidence managing competing priorities in a busy environment

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills

Experience using databases or operational management systems

A proactive approach to problem solving

A commitment to customer service teamwork and continuous improvement.

Healthcare experience is highly regardedbut if youve coordinated operations in another complex environment and enjoy working with diverse teams wed love to hear from you.
