Corporate, Senior Director

The Role

The Client Director will drive new business sales opportunities across a variety of industries and will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the business.

• Identify qualify and attract new clients by understanding their risks and aligning with WTW subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions to larger clients.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline display pipeline discipline oversee bid strategies and coordinate RFP responses to drive business growth.
• Act as a brand ambassador strengthening WTWs reputation in the market through networking client meetings and industry engagement.
• Partner with business leaders placement specialists and client management teams leading new business opportunities through to a win.
• Ensure smooth transitions for client servicing teams by clearly communicating needs and expectations for successful execution.
• Adopt WTW sales best-practice processes and methodologies to ensure a consistent One WTW client experience.

The Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of success in winning large strategically important clients within the commercial risk/insurance or professional services industry.
• Experience working within a sales environment with proven results and willingness to align to existing methodologies and best-practice sales approaches.
• Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders (internal and external) via formal and informal channels.
• Must be organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of CRM tools especially Microsoft Dynamics and the ability to effectively utilize them to monitor performance and lead generation effectiveness.
• Holds all regulatory licenses permissions and technical or other requirements applicable under local legislation.
