About the Role:
Are you ready to be the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries to Guide Dogs Victoria and to make a genuine difference to the lives of our blind and low vision clients
The role is a 12 month contract position onsite weekdays 8:45am to 5:15pm.
The Corporate Concierge is responsible for providing a professional and welcoming first point of contact for clients visitors and stakeholders while delivering high-quality administrative support across the organisation. The role manages reception operations visitor services mail and facilities coordination supports the organisations physical and online retail shop and assists with the delivery of client services through accurate administration client records management retrieving referrals and providing program support.
Working collaboratively across multiple teams the position contributes to a positive client experience efficient organisational operations and the effective delivery of services while maintaining high standards of presentation customer service compliance and workplace safety. The role is a permanent full time position onsite weekdays.
About you:
- Previous experience in customer service within the Disability industry.
- Well-developed engagement listening and telephone skills.
- Great problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills good grammar and enunciation.
- Demonstrates confidentiality and handling of others needs for personal privacy.
- Experienced and skilled in accurate data entry Salesforce experience preferred.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High levels of computer literacy using a range of Microsoft Office computer packages including Teams Outlook Word Excel.
- Customer service and administration experience in a similar role.
