Job Summary

Join us in Vermont as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent part-time role offers 34 hours per week including 4 non-contact paid admin hours. Youll work across split shifts Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:30 - 6:30pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator youll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. Working in this large service of 70 you will be working with children with varying needs and from diverse backgrounds. This role is all about leadership: 

  • Youll create and lead a dynamic child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage. 
  • Youll take full ownership of your teams roster manage day-to-day operations ensure compliance and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. 
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. 

Qualifications :

  • A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
  • State working-with-children check
  • Australian working rights
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)  
  • VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
