ABOUT THE ROLE

The Coordinator Reception and Hospitality Services (CRHS) is primarily responsible for the coordination of quality support services which includes functions specific to the Ngala Residential Parenting Service as well as the broader organisation.

Reporting to the Operations Manager Clinical Services (Residential) the CRHS line manages the Support Service staff including Housekeeping Kitchen Administration Bookings and Reception with a strong emphasis on providing a high level of customer service and driving performance to client satisfaction and service efficiency.

DUTIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and coordinate the hospitality support services functions with a focus on client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Recognise and develop opportunities to improve systems and processes in the areas of Hospitality Support Services and support a safety culture with a focus on risk-based assessment and practical mitigations.
  • Responsible for the financial and human resources of the team.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will be highly organised and have strong communication skills together with the following:

  • Demonstrated commitment to outcome-driven performance and organisational achievement and the ability to lead team members in this achievement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel Word Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Well-developed ability to problem-solve and implement practical solutions.
  • Financial literacy and experience contributing to the management of budgets and cost centres.
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to work across other Ngala sites as required.
  • Possession of a Working with Childrens Check.
  • Possession of a current National Police Clearance.
  • Possession of current WA drivers licence.
