About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Manger Payroll Services the Coordinator Payroll Services provides expert payroll advice and support coaching team members on complex queries while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and system enhancement. The role leads and promotes change initiatives across Payroll and People Operations working closely with the People Systems team to coordinate system upgrades testing process improvements and the implementation of best-practice solutions. As a subject matter expert the Coordinator oversees and prioritises payroll process and system enhancements manages end-to-end projects and initiatives to deliver sustainable outcomes and collaborates with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to gain insight resolve issues and support successful organisational change and implementation activities.

As a Coordinator Payroll Services you will:

• Analyse complex information and provide insights to support decision-making
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement change through appropriate channels
• Prioritise work and evaluate progress to deliver outcomes
• Provide constructive feedback to support team capability
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  
  

To be successful youll have:

• Degree with substantial subsequent experience; or extensive experience management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or equivalent
• Strong analytical capability
• Ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience coordinating or leading work
• Ability to operate independently
