This role requires the ability to attend an Australian Red Cross office two days per week (your choice of days) offering a chance to connect and build strong working relationships. For the remaining three days youre free to choose where you the RoleAs the Coordinator HRIS Data & Reporting youll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our People system Dayforce. Working closely with the P&C Systems & Data Manager IT teams and business stakeholders youll help ensure the accuracy integrity and effectiveness of employee data and system processes. From maintaining system configurations and supporting upgrades to troubleshooting issues and improving user experiences youll contribute to delivering reliable and efficient people technology solutions across the be responsible for developing reports supporting compliance and audit requirements monitoring data quality and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system functionality. Combining technical capability with strong stakeholder engagement skills youll collaborate across People & Culture IT and external vendors to drive continuous improvement initiatives enhance reporting outcomes and ensure our people systems effectively support business YouYou are a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights and actionable outcomes. With experience working with HRIS platformsideally Dayforce or a similar people management systemyou are confident supporting system administration reporting data analysis activities and process improvement enjoy combining customer service technology and data management in a fast-paced and Experience Sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain system-related information clearly and respectfully to a range of users Experience working with HRIS platforms preferably Dayforce including system support configuration testing and issue resolution Strong reporting and data analysis skills with the ability to develop and maintain reports using Excel Power BI or similar tools Sound understanding of HR and payroll processes data structures and employee lifecycle data Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends anomalies and root causes through data analysis High attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy integrity and quality Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and contribute to system workflow and continuous improvement initiatives Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions Proven ability to manage competing priorities collaborate across teams and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframesBenefits that act for you while you act for humanityWork flexibility: Australian Red Cross offers flexible & hybrid working designed to balance flexibility with purposeful in-office collaboration; strengthen team culture build trust and drive wellbeing: In addition to your salary you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your salary.
