Parkerville are expanding our Early intervention and Prevention services across Midland and Armadale areas and we are looking for passionate Coordinators to join on a full and part-time basis.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families across our community from those who just need a helping hand to those navigating more complex circumstances. Youll play an important role in bringing people together and coordinating supports. Working with children and their families at every stage including those facing additional challenges youll help them build on their strengths and connect with the services they need to thrive.

About the Role

As a Coordinator youll be at the heart of the program supporting your team building strong relationships with families and working alongside a range of professionals and services.

Youll oversee the day-to-day delivery of the program provide leadership to staff and help ensure children and families receive safe high-quality and personalised support. No two days will be the same and youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while helping your team grow and succeed.

About You

Youre someone who enjoys working with people building relationships and making things happen. Youll have experience and a relevant qualification in community services early childhood youth work or a related field along with experience supporting or leading a team.

Most importantly youll bring a genuine commitment to children families and child safety along with strong communication organisation and problem-solving skills.
