Coordinator Client Engagement

Fixed Term Part-Time (up to 32 hours per week until 31 August 2027)

We areseekingan experienced and proactive Coordinator Client Engagement to leadMpowersclient engagement and intake function in a fixed-term position until 31 August 2027.

This is a practical hands-on coordination role that combines client engagement teamleadershipand service growth. You will coordinate enquiries referrals intake service matching waitlists serviceagreementsand onboarding while actively undertaking Client Engagement Officer duties as part of the role.

Working closely with our Disability and Accommodation Services and Therapy Services teams you will help ensure people receiveaccurateinformation and a coordinated pathway from first enquiry to service commencement. You will also build referral relationships support targeted marketing and community engagement activities and proactively follow up suitable enquiries.

You will be an organised and confident coordinator who combines strong client service skills with practical leadership and a proactive approach to building relationships in the community.

You will have:

• Experience in client engagement intake service coordination or a similar role within disabilitycommunityor human services
• Demonstrated experience leading employees coordinating workflow and providing supervisioncoachingand feedback
• Sound knowledge of the NDIS and the responsibilities of a registered NDIS provider
• Strong communicationorganisationand judgement with the ability to manage competing priorities and sensitive matters
• Strong relationship-building skills across service teamsparticipantsand referral partners
• Confidence promoting services and following up prospective participants and referrers
