The Opportunity
Support the commercial delivery of a substantial renewable energy project in North Queensland. This is a site-based role for Townsville-region candidates or applicants seeking FIFO from Brisbane on a 14-days-on seven-days-off roster. You will work alongside the Commercial and Contracts Managers from contract award through completion.

Your Responsibilities
Administer subcontract variations progress claims payment schedules and contractual records.
Support procurement tender assessments and subcontract documentation.
Maintain commercial registers cost controls and accurate project records.
Prepare notices contractual correspondence and commercial reports.
Work closely with subcontractors suppliers and the delivery team to resolve commercial matters.

Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Tertiary qualification in quantity surveying construction management or a related discipline.
Experience in contract administration quantity surveying or commercial work within civil construction infrastructure or renewables.
Understanding of procurement subcontract administration and contract management.
Accurate record keeping and the ability to manage competing commercial priorities.
Clear communication and effective working relationships across project teams.
