Contracts Administrator - Commercial Building

The Opportunity
Support the commercial management of a major Sydney building project reporting to the Project Commercial Manager. You will administer payments procurement and contract changes while helping the team maintain accurate financial reporting.
Your Responsibilities
Assess payment claims and invoices against contract terms and applicable security-of-payment obligations.
Coordinate subcontractor and supplier procurement and maintain commercial administration records.
Manage subcontract variations and contractual claims.
Support cash flow profitability analysis and month-end project reporting.
Assist with upstream and head-contract administration and work with delivery colleagues to meet reporting deadlines.
Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Experience on large commercial building projects.
A tertiary qualification in quantity surveying construction management finance law engineering or a related discipline.
High accuracy and close attention to commercial detail.
Ability to influence and collaborate across construction engineering and consulting stakeholders.
Current entitlement to live and work in the role location.
