In this role youll:


Work as part of a team delivering contract governance panel management and commercial reporting that supports compliant transparent and efficient procurement outcomes.

This role will see you play a key part in the administration of contracts and panels supporting contract set-up variations reporting governance activities and performance monitoring. Youll work closely with procurement finance and business teams to ensure contract information is accurate compliant and readily available to support decision-making.

You will drive strong contract administration reporting accuracy and governance outcomes in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment while identifying opportunities to improve processes and strengthen compliance.


This is a temporary full-time position for 12 months.

About you


Your experience supporting contract or procurement administration within a large or complex organisation will see you deliver accurate records strong governance and compliance outcomes.

Youre a highly organised and detail-focused professional with demonstrated experience supporting contract or procurement administration processes ensuring compliance and accuracy and an understanding of NSW Government procurement and contract management frameworks or equivalent compliance and governance frameworks.

Confident using enterprise systems and Microsoft Office applications you can interpret policies and procedures and deliver reliable outcomes in a complex environment.
