The Project

You will support the delivery of a diverse range of building projects across Western Australia providing contract administration support throughout the project lifecycle.

YourOpportunity

As a Contract Administrator you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the contractual aspects of our operations. You will work closely with various teams and manage the administration of all subcontractor and supplier contracts within prescribed cost limits. All this while ensuring the contracts are well-drafted compliant and effectively administered. Your attention to detail and organization will contribute to the success of our projects and relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective management of administration of subcontract and supplier contracts
  • Leading commercial input into procurement and preparation of subcontract documents
  • Negotiation and administration of subcontract and supplier contracts within budgets.
  • Assessing subcontractor claims invoices and variations
  • Preparation of project monthly report including providing workings completed programmed and cost data

Our minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Economics / Law / Business
  • Ability to build rapport and manage relationships
  • The ability to work in as part of a team
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legal requirements involved in specific contracts
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles
  • Attention to detail and ability to notice errors
