Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and smart individual to join us as a Contract Administrator. You will provide key commercial and contractual support across exciting civil projects. This is a hands-on role where you will help drive project success from procurement to final account settlement.
As a Contract Administrator you should be able to address and resolve any contract related queries. Moreover you should also ensure that the contract details adhere to the company objectives. You will also be required to be up-to-date with the latest developments in business law.
To be able to perform in this job role you should have prior work experience and a keen eye for addition to this you should have good decision-making skills. A successful candidate should be able to work independently as well as in a team.

- Manage subcontractor procurement tendering and contract award processes.
- Draft subcontract agreements variations and progress claims.
- Monitor project budgets cost reporting and accurate cash flow forecasting.
- Build strong productive relationships with site teams vendors and clients.
Ensure all contractual and commercial compliance under Australian standards.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Business Management or a related field
- 2-3 years of work experience as a Contract Administrator or a similar role in the Administrative department
- Complete knowledge of business laws and regulations
- Familiarity with accounting principles and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Having an excellent eye for detail
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to offer enhanced customer service
