Your opportunity

Our Media Technology team is focused on delivering engaging and high-quality content across our Westfield destinations. As a Content Delivery Executive youll play a pivotal role in curating coordinating and commercialising campaigns that bring our brand and our partners brands to life in our Westfield Destinations. Youll ensure seamless and timely campaign delivery while upholding brand standards and finding operational efficiencies. This is a great opportunity to support both innovation and excellence across the business through impactful content execution.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

Coordinating the execution of media and marketing campaigns across our Westfield destinations
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure content meets creative and technical standards
Managing campaign timelines asset delivery and installation requirements across digital and print channels
Supporting automation and innovation initiatives to scale content across multiple centres
Ensuring compliance with Scentre Group brand guidelines and national creative standards

This is fixed term contract for 12 months.

What sets you apart

You thrive in a fast-paced environment communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and bring a problem-solving mindset to everything you do. A background in media advertising or content operations is highly regarded.

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience with content management platforms (e.g. Hivestack Ad Server Scala Content Manager) is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet competing deadlines
  • High attention to detail ensuring content is accurate and thoroughly reviewed before publishing
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills supporting internal teams and retailers across Australia and New Zealand
