As a Consultant Paediatrician you will play a key role in delivering high-quality paediatric services across inpatient and outpatient settings while contributing to teaching research and service development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient paediatric care
- Working collaboratively with local clinicians and tertiary referral networks
- Teaching and mentoring medical students through the partnership with Deakin Universitys Rural Clinical School
- Participating in quality improvement research and service development initiatives
- Supporting the ongoing growth of paediatric services within the region
You will be:
- Registered or eligible for registration with AHPRA
- A Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (Paediatrics) or eligible for specialist recognition
- An experienced clinician committed to delivering exceptional patient care
- Passionate about education mentoring and clinical excellence
- A strong communicator who thrives in a multidisciplinary team environment
