Our client is a Large Government organisation who are seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Coordinator to join their team in NSW Government.

Role Summary

The Facility Maintenance Coordinator will coordinate building and facilities maintenance activities including routine preventative maintenance and corrective/reactive works. The role will use SAP and EQuIP to raise manage and coordinate maintenance work orders and fault requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate routine and corrective building and facilities maintenance activities through SAP and EQuIP.
  • Manage work orders and EQuIP Fault Maintenance Requests ensuring maintenance issues are appropriately actioned and tracked.
  • Coordinate a broad range of building maintenance works including plumbing sewer bathrooms painting wall repairs and general building repairs.
  • Support scheduled preventative maintenance activities across monthly quarterly bi-annual and annual cycles.

Selection Criteria:

  • Substantial and current experience in building maintenance facilities maintenance or a broader maintenance environment.
  • Experience coordinating routine/preventative and corrective/reactive maintenance and managing work orders.
  • Experience with SAP and/or EQuIP maintenance management systems will be highly regarded.
  • Strong understanding of general building maintenance including plumbing sewer bathroom painting and repair works.
  • A trade qualification in Electrical or HVAC is desirable but not essential.
