We areseekingamotivatedand results-driven leader to join our Concrete Operations team as theConcrete Plant Managerat ourGreenacre Camellia & Caringbah Plantsinthe Sydney Metro area.

Reporting to the Operations Manager this is a diverse leadership role that combines operational management sales and financial oversight across our concrete a pivotal part in the success of our plant and contribute to the growth of Heidelberg Materials.

This positionwould be an excellent career development opportunity for an experienced Concrete Batcher who is ready to take the next step into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

As Concrete Plant Manager you will:

  • Take ownership of day-to-day plant operations including safety production sales and customer service.

  • Drive financial performance through effective cost management budgeting and P&L accountability.

  • Foster strong customer relationships and seek out new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

  • Lead and support your team to consistently deliver excellent service and operational outcomes.

  • Conduct market analysis and gather regional intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement safety and team collaboration.
