Synergie is partnering with an established WA civil services contractor delivering concrete streetscape and civil maintenance works across Perth. With a strong pipeline of council and infrastructure projects they are seeking an experienced Concrete Civil Crew Leader to oversee crews delivering high-quality outcomes across footpaths kerbing crossovers pavements and other concrete assets.

What youll be doing:

  • Lead and supervise a concrete civil crew across streetscape council and residential projects
  • Coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed safely efficiently and to specification
  • Read and interpret plans drawings and project requirements
  • Organise labour materials and equipment to meet project schedules
  • Oversee all aspects of concrete works including footpaths kerbing crossovers pavements and pram ramps
  • Monitor quality standards and ensure a high standard of workmanship is maintained
  • Assist with setting out formwork levels base preparation and concrete placement where required
  • Conduct pre-starts toolbox meetings and promote a strong safety culture
  • Liaise with supervisors project managers clients and subcontractors on site

What were looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in concreting
  • At least 1 year of residential concreting experience (footpaths pavements crossovers pram ramps)
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate a crew
  • Reliable motivated and safety-conscious
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening

Licences & Tickets:

  • Construction White Card (essential)
  • C Class Manual Drivers Licence (essential)
  • MR Licence (desirable)
  • Quickcut Ticket (desirable)
