Your Role
As a ComplianceSpecialist youll be the day-to-day contact within the Governance &Compliance team for Marinus Links compliance function. This is anopportunity to play a key role in strengthening Marinus Links compliancecapability collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to embed aproactive compliance culture and strengthen compliance practices in support of thesuccessful delivery of a nationally significant infrastructure project.
Youll:
- Supportthe implementation and ongoing improvement of MLPLs compliance functionensuring compliance practices are practical effective and aligned toorganisational needs.
- AdministerMLPLs compliance management system and tools ensuring they support effectivecompliance risk management across the organisation.
- Partnerwith internal stakeholders to identify assess and manage complianceobligations providing guidance and support to strengthen compliance maturity.
- Developand deliver compliance awareness initiatives including training andcommunication activities that build organisational capability and promote aproactive compliance culture.
- Preparecompliance reporting and insights for key stakeholders including the ExecutiveLeadership Team and Audit and Risk Committee supporting informeddecision-making and continuous improvement.
- Supportthe identification of emerging risks improvement opportunities andenhancements to compliance processes.
