We have an exciting temporary opportunity to join the EPA as a Compliance Program this role you will cordinate compliance related activities and projects and provide specialist expertise to promote and ensure regulatory compliance with applicable legislation.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Proven experience coordinating and delivering compliance programs including targeted and risk based initiatives and regulatory campaigns
- Strong knowledge of relevant environmental legislation and regulatory frameworks with the ability to provide clear practical advice on complex or sensitive matters.
- Demonstrated experience undertaking compliance activities including inspections evidence fathering reporting and exercising regulatory delegations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work effectively across Government industry and co-regulators to achieve positive regulatory outcomes.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities respond to incidents and maintain high quality outcomes under pressure.
Essential Requirement:
Current Class C Australian drivers licence.

Sitting within our Regulatory Operations division. Field Operations Western delivers regional regulatory programs and compliance operations across NSW to protect air water land and community health.
