Job Summary
Compliance Manager - Australia & New Zealand
What You Will Do
- Partner with business leaders to identify compliance risks and implement practical mitigation strategies that support compliant decision-making.
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of compliance programmes across Australia and New Zealand.
- Manage key compliance processes including healthcare professional engagements grants sponsorships donations third-party risk management distributor oversight conflict of interest management and promotional activities.
- Develop and implement local compliance procedures controls and guidance to align with regulatory and business requirements.
- Deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives that increase understanding of policies industry requirements and ethical standards.
- Conduct risk assessments monitoring activities and audits to identify trends measure programme effectiveness and drive corrective actions.
- Support investigations issue management activities root cause analysis and remediation plans to address identified risks.
- Analyse compliance data and regulatory developments to enhance frameworks improve processes and support risk-based decision-making.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
- Experience implementing and managing compliance programmes.
- Experience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements industry codes and ethical standards.
- Experience conducting compliance risk assessments monitoring auditing or investigations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in Compliance Law Audit Risk Management or Ethics.
- Experience within the medical device pharmaceutical healthcare or another highly regulated industry.
- Experience working with healthcare industry compliance frameworks and codes of conduct.
