The Opportunity
You will provide complex person centred support to two clients with significant care requirements. One client has Cerebral Palsy is non-verbal and experiences seizures and spasms requiring full daily care including personal care feeding medication management and monitoring. The second client uses a wheelchair requires manual handling feeding assistance with pureed food personal care and some community access support.
This is hands on high intensity work that requires calm experienced and committed support workers.
Shifts are available across AM and PM windows with potential for overnight shifts once training is complete. Estimated hours are 16 to 24 per week with a strong likelihood of additional hours available.
What Were Looking For:
- Experienced in high intensity or complex care HIDPA capable
- Experience supporting clients with Cerebral Palsy seizures manual handling or feeding support is highly regarded
- Female candidates preferred in line with client care requirements
- Full Australian Drivers Licence and access to your own vehicle
- Clear and confident English communication skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and First Aid certificate
- Reliable consistent and committed to building long term relationships with clients
