Turos marketplace grows when hosts succeed. This regional team moves fast values ownership and believes the best insights come from being close to hosts. Youll get exposure to strategic planning data and cross-functional execution.

This role sits at the intersection of program execution and host engagement: youll run the programs and spaces that bring hosts together help them learn from each other and deepen their connection to Turos youre someone who builds before theyre asked to already uses AI to move faster and gets energy from working directly with people this role is worth reading carefully.

This isnt a narrowly defined role. Youll start with community and host engagement but theres a clear path into broader supply programs including host quality and performance. We care about finding the right person more than fitting them into a fixed box.

What you will do

• Own and operate Turos host community presence online managing discussions content cadence and engagement across the Australia region

• Run regular host engagement events on Zoom and organise our annual community event calendar

• Manage relationships with some of our largest and highest-potential hosts in the region serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring they have what they need to be great Turo hosts

• Monitor host quality signals including ratings cancellation rates and qualitative guest feedback; use data and host tiering to identify what separates top performers and how to raise the floor across the region

• Identify inefficient processes in how we manage and engage hosts and build automations or workflows to address them

• Gather qualitative feedback from hosts to complement quantitative data and synthesize both into clear actionable insights shared with your manager and cross-functional partners

• Work closely with our Product Marketing Managers to ensure new product rollouts land clearly with hosts and partner with Australia Marketing on local initiatives

• Execute assigned workstreams with initiative managing tasks and timelines in Asana and keeping project documentation current

Your Profile

• Strong verbal and written communication; you can simplify complexity and write & speak with warmth and clarity

• Comfortable facilitating a Zoom holding a conversation with a large host and running a structured program sometimes all in the same day

• You build with AI: youre already using Claude ChatGPT or similar as a core part of how you work and you reach for Zapier Make or no-code tools to automate the repetitive stuff before asking anyone for help.A portfolio of automations side projects or AI-assisted workflows is genuinely interesting to us

• Comfortable interpreting dashboards and standard reports to guide prioritization; an eye for quality metrics and what drives host performance is a plus

• Organized and dependable: excellent follow-through attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal hand-holding

• Demonstrates Turos values through work product and in how you show up with teammates and hosts

• 1-2 years in customer success community management program coordination or a related field

• Familiarity with CRM or data dashboards (Salesforce Tableau Domo) a plus

• Some exposure to SQL is a plus

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred

For this role the target base salary range in Sydney is $72000-$90000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity and general our ranges reflect the market-based target for new hire salaries based on the level and location of the role. Within the range individual pay is determined by objective factors assessed during the application and interview process such as job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
