Community Inclusion (CI) Project Lead

Scopes purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered NDIS provider delivering services including supported independent living therapy and social and community participation across Victoria and NSW.

Scope has an exciting opportunity for a Community Inclusion Project Lead to join our Social Connections team reporting to the Community Inclusion Manager.

This role is responsible for leading the delivery and growth of inclusive community programs across Victoria with a focus on sport arts and social participation. Youll build strong partnerships oversee program delivery and drive initiatives that increase access and inclusion for people with disability.

• Lead the delivery and ongoing development of community inclusion programs including sport recreation and arts initiatives
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with community organisations government bodies and sector stakeholders
• Identify and secure funding opportunities including preparing grant applications and managing reporting requirements
• Oversee program performance including outcomes measurement financial tracking and continuous improvement
• Lead and support Community Inclusion staff and program facilitators to deliver highquality compliant services

• Relevant qualifications or experience in community development disability or a related field
• Ability to work autonomously while managing programs priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including grant writing and reporting
• Experience in project or program management including planning delivery and evaluation
• Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external partnerships with stakeholders
