More about the role:

Were looking for a Community Fundraising Officer to manage the day-to-day relationships with community fundraisers helping to inspire their purposeful and successful initiatives and activities.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Community Fundraising Team in the delivery of community fundraising campaigns peer-to-peer programs and supporter engagement
  • Acting as key contact for community fundraisers inspiring ideas and ensuring initiatives are in line with the Foundations message and goals
  • Maintaining accurate supporter records in Salesforce
  • Building and maintaining relationships with community fundraisers to encourage ongoing support
  • Coordinating fundraising journey emails communications and fundraising platforms
  • Managing merchandise and fundraising send outs with third party providers
  • Managing Ambassador enquiries and requests from community fundraisers
  • Assisting with sourcing content to support with campaigns including imagery case studies and write ups from fundraisers in the community

What you bring to the role:

The ideal candidate will bring experience in customer service account management or a related field with fundraising experience viewed favourably. Youll be a proactive and empathetic communicator who can build trusted relationships manage competing priorities and contribute positively to a collaborative high-performing team environment.
