- 80 hours per fortnight - Inclusive of ADO accrual
Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute sub-acute aged care and community services.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality administrative reception and non-clinical support to our Community Access Programs. This role is integral to the smooth operation of multidisciplinary teams supporting staff clients and their families while contributing to the delivery of responsive professional and client-centred services.
The successful applicant will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will demonstrate initiative sound judgement and effective problem-solving skills along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills are essential as is experience with scheduling information technology systems and database management. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient service delivery by providing reliable operational and administrative support while maintaining accurate records and coordinating day-to-day administrative processes.
