Good Shepherd Lutheran College invites applications from suitably qualified teachers interested in the leadership opportunity of College Coordinator: Inclusive Education and Extension.

This Position of Additional Responsibility (PAR) provides an opportunity to lead the strategic direction of inclusive education and extension programs across the College supporting equitable access engagement and achievement for students with diverse learning needs and abilities while continuing in a substantive teaching position.

About the Opportunity

The College Coordinator: Inclusive Education and Extension plays a key leadership role in supporting students with diverse learning needs and abilities across the College. Working collaboratively with College leaders teachers Inclusive Support Assistants families and external agencies the successful applicant will lead initiatives that strengthen inclusive practices improve learning outcomes and foster excellence in both support and extension programs.

Key areas of focus include:

• Leadership of inclusive education and extension programs
• Supporting equitable access participation and student achievement
• Coaching and professional learning for staff in inclusive practices
• Educational Access Plans reasonable adjustments and equitable arrangements
• Student case management and collaborative partnerships
• Oversight of NCCD processes documentation and compliance requirements
• Data-informed decision making and continuous improvement
• Building a culture of inclusion belonging and excellence for all learners

What We Offer

• Permanent full-time teaching position with a three-year leadership appointment as College Coordinator: Inclusive Education and Extension
• Additional PAR allowance of approximately $16904 gross per annum ($17632 from July 2027)
• 4 hours leadership release per week
