Job Summary
The Coal Processing Technician: Electrical is responsible for ensuring all activities undertaken are performed in line with safety and statutory requirements. Reporting directly to a CHPP Team Leader the Coal Processing Technician will be responsible for the operation of the CHPP ROM/RAW feed systems and train load-out during their shift. Moreover they possess the expertise to troubleshoot and manage any breakdowns that may occur always prioritizing the safety of CMWs over production.
Qualifications :
- Electrical trade qualifications are essential.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to a team of professionals to deliver against set targets.
- High Voltage instrumentation PLC or control systems experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability.
- Experience in a CHPP coal processing plant fixed plant or heavy industrial environment.
