At Richmond Fellowship Queensland (RFQ) were looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to take ownership of our Microsoft cloud environment and help shape the future of our technology landscape. As our Cloud Engineer youll be the technical specialist responsible for designing implementing and continuously improving RFQs cloud infrastructure. Working closely with the ICT Manager vendors and internal stakeholders youll ensure our technology platforms remain secure resilient and ready for the future.
Youll be responsible for:- Designing administering and optimising Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune
- Strengthening cyber security through modern identity access management and Zero Trust principles
- Managing cloud infrastructure enterprise systems networking and telecommunications services
- Driving automation and operational improvements through PowerShell and cloud technologies
- Leading disaster recovery backup and business continuity capabilities
- Troubleshooting complex infrastructure and cloud environments
- Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending innovative solutions
- Providing technical leadership mentoring and guidance across the ICT team
- Extensive experience managing Microsoft cloud environments within a complex organisation
- Advanced expertise across Azure Microsoft 365 Intune Entra ID Exchange Online Teams SharePoint and OneDrive
- Strong experience with identity management Azure Enterprise Applications and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Experience implementing modern cyber security practices including Zero Trust
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
- A collaborative approach with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a broad range of stakeholders
- A Microsoft cloud certification relevant to the role (Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent)
